GREEN KERALA
13 nights/14 days – Kochi/Periyar/Kumarakom/Aleppey/Mararikulam
Day 01: Overseas / Mumbai – Kochi
Arrival at Kochi airport. Meeting, assistance on arrival and transfer to hotel [1 hr] on arrival check into hotel. In the evening sunset cruise around Kochi harbour in an exclusive boat for 2 hrs. Return to hotel, Dinner and Overnight.
Day 02: Kochi
Breakfast at hotel. Later proceed on a guided tour of Kochi visiting the Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis Church and the Chinese fishing nets. In the evening we shall visit an AC theatre to witness Kerala’s traditional dance art form “Kathakali” and its colourful make up application. Return to hotel, Dinner and Overnight.
Day 03: Kochi – Periyar
Breakfast at hotel. Later transfer to Thekkady [5 hrs]. On arrival check into hotel. Evening free at leisure for independent activities. Dinner and Overnight.
Day 04: Periyar
Breakfast at hotel. Today we shall take you to Periyar sanctuary for a 2 hr cruise to see wildlife closely and visit to spice plantations. If possible and available a short elephant ride will be also arranged. Dinner and Overnight.
Day 05: Periyar – Kumarakom
Breakfast at hotel. Later transfer to Kumarakom [4 hrs] backwater village. On arrival check into hotel. Evening visit Kumarakom bird sanctuary. Return to hotel, Dinner and Overnight.
Day 06: Kumarakom
Breakfast at hotel. Full day at leisure for independent activities. Evening join sunset cruise around Vembanadu Lake. Dinner and Overnight.
Day 07: Kumarakom – Aleppey
Breakfast at hotel. By noon your houseboat will report hotel jetty and board the same. Start cruise through canals, villages and lakes. All meals will be provided on board. Overnight on Houseboat.
Day 08: Backwaters
Breakfast on board. Full day enjoy the cruise and scenic points inside the backwaters. All meals will be provided on board. Overnight on Houseboat.
Day 09: Aleppey – Mararikulam
Breakfast on board. By 10 a.m. disembark houseboat at Aleppey, where your driver will be waiting. Meeting and transfer to Mararikulam [30 Mnts]. On arrival check into hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Dinner and Overnight.
Day 10: Mararikulam
Breakfast at hotel. Full day at leisure enjoying sand and surf. Dinner and Overnight.
Day 11: Mararikulam
Breakfast at hotel. Full day at leisure enjoying sand and surf. Dinner and Overnight.
Day 12: Mararikulam
Breakfast at hotel. Full day at leisure enjoying sand and surf. Dinner and Overnight.
Day 13: Mararikulam
Breakfast at hotel. Full day at leisure enjoying sand and surf. Dinner and Overnight.
Day 14: Mararikulam – Mumbai / Overseas
Breakfast at hotel. Later transfer to Kochi airport to board return flight.
